Hey,

bitte um Rat!!

Möchte in unserem Vorgarten einen neuen Weg mit Natursandsteinen verlegen und wollte diese mit einem Winkelschneider zurecht schneiden. Leider verkanntet die Trennscheibe dabei ständig, weshalb ich nun schon 3 Scheiben geschrottet habe und noch nicht annähernd genug Steine fertig habe.

Was mache ich falsch? Kann man da überhaupt etwas falsch machen? Vielleicht ist mein Schleifer einfach nur von minderwertiger Qualität?

Hallo!

Von welcher Marke ist denn dein Winkelschleifer? Bezweifle, ehrlich gesagt, dass es an der mangelhaften Verarbeitung des Geräts liegt.

Leider verkannten Trennscheiben ziemlich leicht, wenn man den Winkelschleifer nicht korrekt hält und führt. In der Regel bedeutet das, dass die Kraft fehlgelenkt wird.

Zusammengefasst musst du vor allem dafür sorgen, dass das zu schneidende Material gut befestigt ist und sich beim Schneiden nicht beweget und auch nicht vibriert oder eine leichte Eigenrotation durchführt.

Hast du keine Möglichkeit, die Steine zu befestigen, musst du notfalls den Schnitt an zwei Seiten ansetzen. Bedenke hier aber, dass das Material nicht unter Spannung stehen darf, da es sonst in der Mitte brechen kann.

Bin auf dein Thema hier aufmerksam geworden und mich interessiert es, ob du denn einen guten Winkelschleifer gefunden hast? :)

Neben einem Winkelschleifer möchte ich dich fragen, ob du denn auch einen anderen Schleifer benötigst? :) Selbst war ich auf der Suche nach einem Exzenterschleifer und ein tolles Angebot habe ich durch die Hilfe der Seite https://www.feinschliffstube.de/dewalt-exzenterschleifer-vergleich/ gefunden.

Am Ende habe ich mich für den Exzenterschleifer von der Marke Dewalt entschieden. Wo mit ihr Vergleich geholfen hat, sich für den richtigen am Ende zu entscheiden! :)
